During holiday seasons products are shipped 14-20 days do to high demand of our products. All sales are final and non-refundable. For any packages or products that are lost or damage please make a claim through usps.com, we aren’t responsible for any lost or damaged items. All items are inspected before they are shipped. BUY-IN MEMBERS ONLY

Thank you for participating in our buy-ins, we look forward to continuing business with you. All buy-ins are open for 2 weeks and once the buy-in is closed it then takes 2-3 weeks to ship to us. Once we receive the product we then start doing quality control the same day we receive our shipment to start sending products out to our customers. All sales are final and non-refundable.
